The fan double bed room is rather simple with a private bathroom including hot shower. WIFI is available in the room and spacious green garden. Superb location in the old city of Chiang Mai with walking distance to all popular sightseeing attractions
Our garden provides you with some sunny or shady space as well as a roofed area ideal for rainy days. The garden restaurant serves traditional Thai food. We have a parking facility for bicycles and motorbikes. A public car park is 3 minutes away. Very comfortable is the location in a small Soi in the old city which gives it a nice flair. A local market is close by and many restaurants, pubs and a discotheque is close by so it can get louder, but they all have to close at midnight. Some of the fan rooms are on the third floor and may get quite warm, depending on the season. The fan rooms on the ground floor are usually cool all year around.
You can access your room, breakfast counter with fridge, toaster and hot water, garden and common area. There is a roof top facility to dry your laundry if you wish so.
Reception is open from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. We do not offer night time check in.
Staff stays 24h at the facility and can be called for emergencies.
- No smoking in the rooms, only in the garden / common area
- No drugs or other illegal substances are allowed
- No visitors in the room who didn't reserve a room/check-in
- Visitors may be welcomed in the garden / common area
- Bed sheets and towels can be changed every 3 days.

My nickname is Doh, I'm originally an ethnic Karen trekking guide with more than 20 years of experiences. Now I run a guest house and try to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
I love the mountains with its tranquil environment which has it's special beauty in each season. Besides my current profession in the city I had been enjoying farming in my home village.
So far I only had the opportunity to travel in Thailand and to Germany. However the holidays in Munich helped me to see something of a European country, how it is built and organized. This let me understand more the standards western guest are expecting and how challenging it can be to visit a different culture.
