Three bedroom terrace house on Upper Gardner Street is the perfect location for a stay in Brighton. There's the master with a king and one double and one twin.

Parking is a problem in Brighton but there are a couple of good car parks within a 5 minute walk from the property. Being so central a car isn't really necessary.


The property has a large bathroom and open plan living kitchenette as well as a small patio for sipping a coffee in the morning or a glass of rose in the evening.
Being a 5 minute walk from the train station or a 15 minute stroll to the beach and pier. This house is perfect for a small family, visiting friends or indeed the business community looking for a home away from home.
This three bedroom terrace on Upper Gardner Street is the perfect location for a stay in Brighton. There are two double bedrooms and one twin. Recently bought and renovated by a family that fell in love with the charms of the city and wanted a base for their visits. The renovation is of a very high standard and designed with unique flare. We are pleased to be able to welcome guests to this beautifully decorated terrace in the most exciting part of the city.

The ground floor of the property provides an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area, downstairs bathroom, and a small outdoor patio area. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower, however please be aware that the shower is slightly raised so not ideal for very tall people, so you may be better off enjoying a bath!
The three bedrooms consist of one master, one double and a twin. The house would comfortably sleep four guests but there is room for six.
With just a 5 minute walk away from the train station and a 15 minute stroll to the beach and the pier, you really are in the heart of the city. The North Laines is thought of as the bohemian area of Brighton and provides lots of quirky shops, eateries and plenty of atmosphere.

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Guest will have access to the entire property and will meet you on arrival to give you keys and show you around. Also part some local knowledge should you wish.

It is worth mentioning that there is a vintage street market outside the property on a Saturday morning but it shouldn't disturb you too much. In actual fact, as the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm! Being the first there will be easy, so you may get yourself a few bargains!

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.
Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

The House: We operate a leave it as you find it policy. Please make sure that all washing up is done and put away. Towels are left in the bath and bedding is left on the beds. Please do not wash the linen yourself. Any excessive mess will be classed as an extra clean and will be charged accordingly.
Please DO NOT hang banners with Sellotape or tack on the walls.

Smoking: No smoking in any part of the house. Please go outside where there is a pot for the cigarette butts. Please do not throw them on the street as other live here too.

Rubbish: Please take ALL of your rubbish to the communal waste bin which is located on North Street. Come out of the house and turn right. The communal bin is just around the corner on the left. Many thanks.

Heating & Lights: On arrival you will be shown how to operate the thermostat and where all the lights are. Please turn the heating and lights off if you go out. Please conserve energy. On departure please make sure that ALL are turned off. If heating is left on after the stay there will be a deduction to your security deposit.

Keys: You are issued with three sets of keys for the house. On departure please leave two sets in the living room and then lock the front door and post back the third set. If keys are lost or taken by mistake please notify us immediately. There may be a charge.

Damage or Noise: Please inform us of any damage to anything in the house. If there are complaints regarding noise from neighbours or the Police your security/damage deposit will be at risk.

Très bon séjour chez Renny. Nous étions 6 adultes (pas de couples) et le logement était très adapté. Bien situé, propre, bien équipé. Idéal pour un week end a Brighton.

Great location. Brilliant house with character. Place had everything we needed including a beaut jukebox which got a good workout during our stay. Would come here again anytime.

Pleasant little house.. pretty compact, but serves a good size for 3-4 guests. Fantastic location, close to the Lanes and short walk to the pier. Steps are quite steep and narrow. Guests traveling with older company may find it difficult coming down these steps at night to access the toilet.

Holiday Letting Property Manager for 16 clients in the Brighton & Hove area.
I set up the company in 2013 to provide accommodation for guests wishing to stay whether it be for pleasure or business. We have a personal touch meeting the guests on arrival and good relationships with all of our owners.
I'm 44 years old and am married with one daughter and our beagle Frazzle. Moved to Hove in 2010 and absolutely love it. The size of Brighton & Hove is just right and the seafront is amazing and shines a different light every day. There's always different events going on and new places to seek out.
