Waterloo Street apartment is ideal for a small family, or if you are here visiting friends or on a business trip.
A large living room with a sofa bed enables you to sleep up to four adults plus one baby (travel cot and high chair can be supplied but please bring your own cot sheets) and a small garden with a decked area provides you with the outdoor space to relax in.
If you are looking for location this is it! Waterloo Street is literally minutes from the beach and also a short walking distance to the centre of Brighton.
As you can see from the photos the apartment has great decor, all mod cons and a lovely decked patio and small garden. It would be a great base if you are visiting Brighton, meeting up with friends or on business. Being on the Brighton & Hove border you’ll have an amazing choice of restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs. You will also be close to all business and conference amenities.
The apartment has one double bedroom, a bathroom with a combined bath and shower, a good galley kitchen fully equipped to meet all your needs during the stay. The owners very much enjoy their coffee and have an Nespresso machine available for you to use. Please note that the coffee pods are not supplied so feel free to bring your own pods with you. Finally, the living room is a good size and has a sofa bed which will accommodate another two guests (linen/towels also included). There is a TV, DVD player and a few board games. The owners have kindly installed BT TV which includes BT Sports.
AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document.
Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.
The apartment: We operate a leave it as you find it policy. Please make sure that all washing up is done and put away. Towels are left in the bath and bedding is left on the beds. Please do not wash the linen yourself. Any excessive mess will be classed as an extra clean and will be charged accordingly.
Smoking: No smoking in any part of the apartment. Please go outside. Please do not throw butts on the street as other live here too.
Rubbish: Please take ALL of your rubbish to the communal waste bin. This is located on Waterloo Street opposite the apartment.
Heating & Lights: On arrival you will be shown how to operate the boiler and where all the lights are. Please turn the heating and lights off if you go out. Please conserve energy. On departure please make sure that all are turned off. If heating is left on after the stay there will be a deduction to your security deposit.
Keys: You are issued with two sets of keys for the apartment. On departure please leave one set on the living room table, lock the apartment door with the second set and mix up the code.
Damage or Noise: Please inform us of any damage to anything in the apartment. If there are complaints regarding noise from neighbours or the Police your security/damage deposit will be at risk.

I'm 44 years old and am married with one daughter and our beagle Frazzle. Moved to Hove in 2010 and absolutely love it. The size of Brighton & Hove is just right and the seafront is amazing and shines a different light every day. There's always different events going on and new places to seek out.
