Pond Street is a very quiet and almost invisible street in the Castro District, offering a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. This condo unit is entered through a stairway going up to the landing; straight ahead is the large formal dining room with fireplace. The living room faces the front of the house and has built-in shelves and a fireplace. The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room and has a queen bed. There is a third small bedroom with single futon couch, book shelf and small table and lamp - perfect for guests wanting 3 separate sleeping quarters.
There is a large walk-in closet that can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the bedroom next to it which also has a queen bed. Full bathroom has a deep claw foot tub and is spacious. The modern light-filled kitchen is large and fully equipped and updated. There is an enclosed porch next to the kitchen which houses a washer and dryer, 1/2 bath and additional table - this room has wall to wall windows with views of the rooftops and bay. One car parking for a small car is available. 5 minute walk to the KLM, F, J Church and #24 Line. You can get downtown in 10 minutes.
No pets. No smoking. No unauthorized guests. 30 night minimum.

1) $39 non-refundable Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee or $3000 security deposit
2) 3-5% processing fee is charged by SF Holiday Rentals in addition to fees charged by Airbnb
3) End of stay cleaning fee $155 - $255 will be included in the one-time fees in the Special Offer total we submit for your use.
4) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size.
5) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.
To complete your reservation once accepted through Airbnb you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.
ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and instructions.

No smoking on the property. Subject to terms and rules in the SF Holiday Rentals rental agreement that will be sent for online signature prior to release of entry instructions and on SF Holiday Rentals website.
Guests are responsible for the timely removal and proper disposal of garbage and correctly sorting recyclable items into the bins provided. Failure to do so, during and at the end of your stay, will result in additional fees.
I manage 40-50 properties in SF and the Russian River through SF Holiday Rentals. So, if you're looking at a property, chances are I'm booking it for someone else, and, I'll have alternative units if the one you choose is not available.
