Charming beachfront remodel - one door down from the beach front walking path and across from the Pacifica Pier. Complete remodel - open floor plan with living room and kitchen adjacent. New hardwood floors throughout, new bathroom with tile shower, specialty floor tile, Australian shower head and vanity with deep drawers. Kitchen has specially made quartz counters and looks out at the backyard and ocean; all new appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave; all the utensils and cookware you need to make great meals is stocked in the kitchen. Living room has a gas fireplace with TV above and futon couch. Bedroom has a queen bed with built-in drawers below the queen size bed. Backyard with deck and ocean views. This is a fantastic getaway for a couple, and is one of two identical houses side-by-side, if more space is needed for a family getaway. House comes complete with linens, towels (you must bring your own beach towels), Wi-Fi and TV with DVD player. No smoking on the premises. No unauthorized guests. NO PETS.

1) $39 non-refundable Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee or $3000 security deposit
2) 12% Occupancy tax
3) 3-5% processing fee is charged by SF Holiday Rentals in addition to fees charged by Airbnb
4) Cleaning fee for stays over 21 nights is $155 - $255 in lieu of the standard fee listed.
5) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size
6) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.
7) $100 water and $100 utility allowance included. Guests are responsible for overage.
To complete your reservation once accepted through Airbnb you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.
ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and instructions.
We are available to assist as needed. This property is ideal for the independent traveler.
Subject to all terms and rules in the SF Holiday Rentals rental agreement and website. Instructions specific to the unit are on site.
No pets. No smoking on the premises. No unauthorized guests wthout prior approval.
Guests are responsible for the timely removal and proper disposal of garbage and correctly sorting recyclable items into the bins provided. Failure to do so, during and at the end of your stay, will result in additional fees.
