This home was recently featured in Philadelphia Magazine as a unique example of a historic mansion remodeled with a style demonstrating the ability to preserve the historic richness of the original design as well as add modern elements that appeal to today's styles.
You will have access to the entire home aside from the third floor, which is rented out to a tenant, a grad student at Penn University studying engineering. The portion where you will be staying includes the finished basement, first floor, and second floor.

There are two great coffee shops near by - Green Line Cafe and Milk and Honey, Clark Park - one of the most beloved parks in the city, as well as Local 44 a favorite neighborhood bar, trolley and bus lines.
Rent will be $1,500/night for the weekdays starting Monday September 21st, and $2,000/night for the weekend starting September 25th.
The house rules are very straight-forward. We expect that our guests would treat the home like they would their own. No smoking, no pets.
