Renovated in guarded, safe and quiet neighborhood, with 1 Patio, 2 Balconies and one roof terrace. The House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Toilet. Two swiming pools are available in the urbanization. Beach and shops within 1-2 km range. Parking is available along the street. Based on guest feedback, we provide now automatic keypad to make access easier.
This House is about 30 years old, it was completely renovated and newly refurbished end of 2014 and beginning of 2015. The layout allows to have a lot of privacy in a very quiet neighborhood. Thanks to the several open spaces (Terraces, Balcony and Patio), there is room for activities in and around the House. House is sunny and has everything provided. The House can be rather cold in Winter but has a fireplace and two gas heaters.
Guest have full access to entire House, with exception of the Garage. Parking can be done on the street which is easy and for free.
During your stay I am happy to respond to any questions needed during or prior to your stay. We are working with a local Rental Agency together who helps for emergencies and can assist in other matters like excursion Bookings.
Q: Can you please confirm the number of bedrooms in your house.
A: there are 4 bedrooms, a major room for parents and three smaller ones with either single or pull out double bed
Q: How many floors are there ?
A: Garage, ground floor (but it is built on a slight hill so some people may call this first floor), first floor and then a terrace on the second floor
Q: Is there a parking included with the house ?
A: the street next to the house is quiet and parking is free and easy
Q: Is there air conditionning ?
A: only in the dining room the rest of the House can be maintained cool enough if you close the shutters during the day, the bedrooms have a ceiling vent each of them
Q: Is it possible to do barbecue ?
A: yes, you can use a gas BBQ in the Patio, but it has to be completely cleaned at departure
Q: How far is it from the sea ?
A: there are several beaches close by, the closest by car is 1,6km, the closest by foot is 1,4km the nicest however is about 4km in Cabopino, needs to be reached by car
Q: What do you mean about the swimming pools ?
A: The House is part of a bigger community, built about 30 years ago in the souther spanish style; the community has a fun pool and a sports pool as part of it which can be used and are about 30mts walking distance. The Hotel next door has also a big outside pool which can be used against a fee.
Due to Spanish Legislation for Rental, you will have to sign a Registration Form and provide a copy of Passport and ID of each Guest. The Form will be provided to you after Booking.
There is an absolut no smoking policy in the House.
Linen, Towels are provided for your stay and changed once a week for longer stays. There is one Beach Towel per Person available for usage.
There is a Washing Machine and all normal Kitchen Machines for usage available.
Treat the House as if it where yours. Clean Kitchen and Barbecue before departure.
Lack of adherence to those Rules may mean extra charges.
