For rent for Sukkoth! A 2-floor 85 sq m penthouse in the city center with a large garden terrace, facing a magnificent view on Old City, Mamilla, David Citadel and Waldorf Astoria hotels and the Independence Park. 15 min walk to the Western Wall.
The apartment house is located in the city center and 5 minutes walking distance from the Jaffo gate and 15 min from the Western Wall. From the spacious flowery terrace opens up a truely breathtaking view. For the Sukkoth holidays we will set up a large sukkah and arrange a table and chairs for 15 guests. The apartment has two floors (levels). One bedroom is situated on the lower level and one more on the upper level. An extra single bed in the living room is possible. As an architect I've done my best to make the most out of the space both practically and aesthetically. For Kosher keepers there are 2 sinks and 2 refrigerators (one on the lower level kitchen and one on the upper level). On top of all there is a private elevator.
All parts except for the study room.
We are here to assist our guests with any question or problem.
The property is for rent for the Sukkoth and Pesach period only (including one week prior the holidays).
We treat our neighbors as well as guests with respect and decency and we expect the same from them.

We are new at the Airbnb, but we hope to enjoy it, to meet good people and to visit great places! :-) I'm an architect, my husband is a lawer. We are true patriots of this country and of this amazing city, a heart and soul of the three religions. I came here from Russia 20 years ago and have instatantly fell in love with this place and the people and later with with this particular apartment and the view. I was lucky to be an architect and a designer myself to make my dream a true as I have complitely removated it. We love travelling, enjoy meeting new people and making good friendships. We are very positive, warm and hospitable people. We trust in God and our life motto is "Everything happens for the best!"
