This large rambler in St Louis Park is ideal for your family use. Conveniently located right off 169 and Minnetonka Blvd. 15 minutes to downtown Minneapolis and Mall of America.


Home is centrally located to Downtown Minneapolis, Uptown, and the lakes. Home is tastefully decorated and we will make your stay an enjoyable one.
We reserve the right to refuse rental.


We have painted the entire home inside and out and put in new carpet. Every room is large and spacious. The home is now warm and comfortable. You and your family will enjoy this location and the space.

The property has (2) bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located on the main level: each of those contain one queen bed. Full bath with shower/ tub are also on this level.. Washer and dryer located in lower level. All towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Television and high-speed wireless Internet are also provided.


Host lives close to home. If you need anything or want any suggestions for things to do, we are happy to help with ideas.


UTILIES/CLEANING. End of use cleaning fee is: $100.00. If more than average cleaning is required, LESSOR reserves the right to charge additional fees.

g. LESSEE will provide the make, model, and license plate of car(s) used by all occupants during the lease period.
h. LESSEE will adhere to all Snow Emergency Rules.
I. LESSEE will keep the property neat & tidy inside & out. Cleaning equipment is provided. Lawn & garden service is provided.

HOLD HARMLESS. LESSEE agrees to hold harmless the LESSOR from all and any liability, loss, damage or injury arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premise by the LESSEE, tenants, pets or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premise.

Neighborhood was great, older neighborhood and very quiet. The location is very good as you can get downtown and to all the western suburbs very quickly being in between both of them. The pics were EXACTLY like the place looked when we walked in. The host (Pam) was VERY responsive and usually I got an email response from her within a hour or so for everything I inquired about. The rate on this property was more reasonable than any others I have found in the area also. I would recommend this property/host to anyone in the Twin Cities area.

Our host changed our location (she has several rentals) multiple times which was frustrating since we were already on the road and trying to enjoy our vacation. She did apologize though. Once we arrived (at the original place we booked), everything went smoothly. The place was actually a little bigger than we thought it would be and clean. It is very conveniently located right off of Hwy 169, but it is also very loud with highway noise. Overall, we were satisfied with the location, and the price was reasonable for the stay.

Great place, Pam was very easy to communicate with and it was perfect for our weekend trip to see the Ryder Cup.

Place was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Large Kitchen, dining area, and living room (definitely a better experience than hotel rooms). Internet reception is great. Place is 30min drive from downtown, on local roads AND rush hour(!). House is 5-10mins drive from shopping centers & restaurants. Quite neighborhood, although we could hear the trucks from the nearby highway. Mind you, we are not city dwellers and are very sensitive to any noise. BTW, the other room with the queen size bed, is quieter, but we preferred the larger bed.

It's a very clean space with comfortable beds. Most Minneapolis locations are about a 15-30 min drive, but if you don't drive during rush hours it's not as bad. Pam is very nice and helpful!
