Attic of new construction with 3 bedrooms and a big terrace in the historical centre (old town) of Calpe. It is situated 10 minutes walking from “El Arenal” beach and other beaches are within reach. The building has its own parking with direct access
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). The main room has a king size bed, the second room has a bunk bed and a third room has a single bed (Total capacity 5 persons). Every room has its own big built-in closet. It is located within the picturesque historical centre of Calpe with lots of traditional restaurants. Every Saturday a fruit market with lots of different local fruits is placed just behind the building.
It is ideal for families. Its location is perfect for exploring other interesting places by the Mediterranean Sea: Denia, Javea, Altea, etc.
The attic has a wide parking place with direct access (elevator) to the building. Its big terrace is great to enjoy sunny days and magic nights of summer.
We provide our guests with tourist information in English/Spanish of interesting places to visit, restaurants, etc.
Calpe is one of a few towns in Alicante that preserves its fishing port, besides the leisure one. There you can enjoy fresh sea food from the Mediterranean Sea. Close to the port you can find “El Peñon de Ifach” a big rock surrounded by preserved nature and fauna.
