The house, built in 1860 has bags of character and has been our family house since 1987.
The room we offer is large, light and airy, with lovely views over Kendal Castle hill. It has a private bathroom with a bath/shower.
We also have another room (double bed) which is sometimes available upon request.
Breakfast is included and is to be eaten in the family dining room or in the garden.
Evening or day time guided walks are offered by our family. 1. A circular, cultural trail of Kendal leaving from our house. 2. A spectacular walk along a limestone ridge with views up into the Lake District. Transport to and from the starting point is provided. Prices from £20 per person
Guests will have access to a private bathroom and secluded garden. We offer a breakfast of tea, coffee, local artisan bread/toast, cereals/granola, seasonal fruit, yoghurt and homemade jams and marmalade.

We can also offer space to store bikes, wetsuits etc.
