This apartment overlooks the Cairns Habour and Cruise Terminal and has stunning views up the inlet and out to sea. Easy walking distance to all the great Cairns spots. Walk to the Reef Fleet Terminal and catch a boat to the reef or stroll down to the Esplanade for lunch or dinner.
The 10th floor apartment is newly refurbished in 2015 and beautifully furnished throughout and is spotlessly cleaned with Enjo. Security access to building and lifts and a secure car park will give you peace of mind. Free wifi available.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in robe and spacious ensuite with two basins. The second room has a queen sized bed and large wardrobe. The third room has two single beds that can be zipped together to make another king bed on request. This room is also large enough to fit a cot in if required. All three bedrooms have water views.
The living space is large and spacious with a leather lounge and large TV. The verandah is just awesome and has outdoor furniture so you can spend lots of time here enjoying the views!
The kitchen has an electric oven and gas burners, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee making machine and all the usual cooking equipment and utensils.
Large washing machine and dryer along with drying rack iron and ironing board in the laundry- ironing board is hidden behind the door!
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet, shower and basin and there is also a third separate toilet.
You will have full use of the three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as use of the pool and common areas. Please note the pool is clean but otherwise average! The Lagoon down at the Esplanade - a 5 minute walk away is sensational!

Bath towels and pool towels are provided for use but the apartment is not serviced during your stay but if you would like me to arrange a service I can do so for a moderate fee. Please dispose of all rubbish down the rubbish shoot opposite unit 1001 and leave the unit reasonably clean and tidy including washing all dishes prior to departure.
Please let me know if you need a cot or high chair and if you need the third bedroom made into a king bed rather than a twin.
When the internal doors are open and if it is windy - there can be a wind force when opening the front door so hold the handle tight and be careful!
No smoking in the apartment or on the verandah. No pets. No parties and please respect your neighbours in regards to noise. All rubbish must be removed from the unit regularly and on departure and put in the rubbish shute opposite unit 1001. To find the rubbish shute go out the door, past the lifts, turn right and it is 5 meters along on your right.
On departure please wash all dishes and leave the unit reasonably clean and tidy - as if you were staying with friends!
All breakages and damage must be reported and significant breakages or damage above normal wear and tear must be paid for. Please do the right thing and look after our things!
