Ten Ocean View is a luxury guest house in St Ives. Newly renovated 'Zennor' room has a king-size bed, ensuite shower room and breathtaking views of Porthmeor Beach from its wall-to-wall panoramic window. Our guests find they lose hours just sitting in the window seating area watching the waves roll in! One parking space is included with this room. One-night stays may be available last minute, please contact us to enquire. Breakfast is not included during winter months.

A few minutes walk from Porthmeor Beach and 5 from town and the harbour, we are perfectly situated for a break in St Ives. Parking for one car is available on site for Zennor room.

There is one car-parking space included with 'Zennor' room. Keys are available via a lock box in the porch for which we will provide you the combination on booking. Access is therefore 24 hours.
