Located on the second floor without elevator, 1 double bed, 2 twin and a single bed respectively, 1 bathroom and a spacious living room with AC. A central, practical, affordable, and also next to the beach accommodation.

On entering you immediately find a hall that leads to a good size living + dining area decorated with white modern pieces of furniture. There is an AC unit in this room.

From the living area there is access to a small rear balcony (no views).

The independent kitchen is of a good size and is fully equipped with smart appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and all the plates and glasses you will need for your stay. There is also a microwave and a dishwasher.

The GRALLA apartment features three bedrooms. The master bedroom is accessible from the living room and faces the back of the building, so it´s very quiet. It’s equipped with a double bed, bed side tables, an armchair and lots of wardrobe space.

The second bedroom comprises two single beds and the third one is equipped with a single bed. Both bedrooms have large closets for storage space and both are facing the pedestrian street below.

The apartment has a modern full equipped bathroom with walk in shower and a small toilet with WC and hand basin only, both fully renovated in 2014.

The GRALLA apartment is a comfortable and affordable accommodation only seconds from the beach.

Any check-in or check-out outside our office hours (that means, between 9.00 p.m. and 9.00 a.m.) will have a surcharge of 40€. We will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can as, if necessary, these times may be modified according to availability.

The location is excellent, quiet street close to everything. The apartment is really comfortable, clean and nice. There are no basics like toilet paper or soap, so bring your own.

Dear Franco, thanks very much for your review. Even though we offer self catering apartments, which means that they are full equipped but you must bring your own supplies, we always provide some basics as a bottle of fresh water (as tap water doesn´t taste very good), a roll of kitchen paper (as tea towels are difficult to clean and we find this option more hygienic) and also a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We plan to offer more basics as body soap or shampoo, but logistics are not easy when each apartment is located in a different building, but we are definitely working to improve our services and we do appreciate your suggestion

Manel was a great and attentive host. His welcome was warm and he was very happy to share local advice with us for restaurants, shops, etc. His recommendations and insights were spot on and really helped us get acclimatised quickly. When we raised the issue of the oven which we could not get to work, Manel worked to rectify the matter quickly, eventually arranging for a new oven to be installed the day our departure. Whilst he worked well to resolve the issue it was unfortunate that we took the apartment with an oven that was not functioning and did not get use of one for 10 days. This, in the grand scheme of things, did not really diminish our enjoyment of our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location and served our needs well. There were no issues with noise despite being right in town and being so close to the beach with our young family it was perfect for what we wanted. The apartment was clean and everything was in good condition. Having two toilets was very useful. There was plenty of space and loads of storage. Despite not being listed when we booked, there was wifi and it worked well throughout our stay. In short, we loved our stay and are already looking forward to returning.

Dear Robert, many thanks for your kind and positive reply. We are glad to read that you and your family enjoyed your stay overall. we are sorry for the oven not working but the previous guest didn´t report any issue and we didn´t realized it was broken. As you know we tried to fix it as soon as the issue was reported, but it took us a few days to check if it was possible to fix it and, when not, we decided to replace it for a new one. I'ts been a pleasure to welcome you and your family and we will be happy to host you at any of our properties again.

This is a nice apartment 2 mins walk from the beach and 30 sec walk from main pedestrian area with shops/restaurants/everything you need. We really liked a location, it is super convenient. On the downside, there is only one a/c unit in living room; adjacent bedroom gets some cool air from it as well, but two other bedrooms remain hot during the night, and their windows face the street, which can get noisy during the night.

Hi Boris, many thanks for your kind and positive review. Regarding the equipment provided, bear in mind that this is "self catering" apartment, which means that you must bring your own supplies. As a courtesy to our guests, we provide some toilet paper, kitchen paper, a bottle of water, hand and bath soap and a kitchen welcome pack including some cleaning products, including a trash bag. We provide all the items mentioned above so you do not have to run to the supermarket on your arrival day. We understand it´s not enough for a whole week stay. It's been a pleasure to welcome you and your friends and we hope to see you again in Sitges very soon!
