The 70m2 apartment is light, bright and airy and finished to a high standard. It is fully equipped with all modern comforts whilst retaining the traditional characterful charm promised by the elegant facade. It is on the 4th floor with a big lift/ elevator. You have no stairs to take from the entrance of the building to the flat and therefore good for people with heavy bags or walking difficulties and even wheelchair.
The guests have access to the entire apartment and the residents garden which is at the rear of the property.
I am the owner and currently live in England, therefore your host will be local Parisian, Keren. She is very welcoming, available to answer your questions. She is friendly, dynamic, efficient and discreet.
Please note I am as flexible with check-in and check-out time as possible. Normal check-in time is after 3pm, with check-out on or before 10am. Sometimes, if the flat is available, I can arrange for you to check-in earlier and leave later but obviously cannot guarantee that this will be an option much in advance due to last minute bookings. I do hope you can be flexible too. There may be occasion when I need to access the apartment for cleaning on your check-out day if I have another client due the same day. If this situation occurs, you are very welcome to leave your luggage in situ and make the most of your remaining hours in Paris. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
If you wish you can pay the cleaning fee (which includes the linen) on arrival day. Do let me know so I can deduct this from your booking.
There is a secure private parking space within the building that you can access with an electronic key and has an elevator going directly to the apartment. The parking space is an additional €30 per day (with a €60 deposit against the electronic key) should you wish to use it. It is a safe, economical and convenient alternative to public parking. If you would like to take advantage of this, please do let me know.
You are very welcome to use our home as your home and we appreciate you taking care of it as such. The communal garden at the rear of the building is for the enjoyment of the residents and definitely worth a walk through to appreciate the beauty. However, sitting out or playing games or partying(!) are definitely not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking throughout. Please let us know if you encounter any problems and we will do whatever we can to solve them as soon as possible. Also, please can you inform us of any breakages or damages if/when they occur as it can be upsetting to 'discover' these at a later date.
