Guests must inform themselves about handling appliances (specially Tv and refrigerator instructions) by reading a small handbook at their disposal in the apartment. Guests must not damage the premises of the apartment and the appliances included. The house keys must be returned at the end of the stay; a penalty fee will be applied by failing this conditions. All guests are invited to drop their garbage in the common collectors located in the courtyard at the ground floor as explained in the handbook.
