This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in central Budapest at the prestigious “Marina Part” apartment block. The flat has an amazing view of the river Danube and you can enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the balcony every night.
A one-bedroom fully furnished apartment is available for rent in the centre (13th district) of Budapest, only 5 minutes’ walk from Gyöngyösi Street metro station ("Gyöngyösi utca", M3). The unit is located right by the river Danube and has an amazing view of the river and the hills of Buda. You can enjoy a gorgeous sunset on our huge balcony, which overlooks the river. The unit has a large bedroom (furnished with a king-size double bed, wardrobe and desk) and a decent size living room with a fully equipped en-suite kitchen. Amenities include a dishwasher, a washing machine, Wifi-connection and Cable TV with a variety of international channels. There is a grocery store at the main entrance of the building to buy drinks and food at good prices.
Obuda Island, which hosts the famous "Sziget Festival" in August, is on the other side of the river, just opposite the apartment. It is only one stop away with a frequent and direct ferry service (D11, 12 and 13), which stops right next to the apartment block. Margaret Island, the famous recreational park of Budapest, is also very close and reachable with the ferry within just 15 minutes. The night bus services (No 950) stop within walking distance from the flat.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. We look forward to welcoming you in our apartment and wish you a pleasant stay in Budapest!
No smoking in the house (there is a big balcony for smoking :) ). Also no pets, and after midnight don't be very loud please.
