24351 Armada Drive, Dana Point (Sea Canyon) is custom designed by renowned architect Jason Bell and it was completed in 2014. This home is in the perfect location for a visitor that wants to experience everything that Southern California has to offer.
Located halfway between LA and San Diego in South Orange County, Armada is walking distance to Salt Creek Beach (it's just over a mile and the way back is up hill making it a workout), less than 5 miles from dozens of southern California's top beaches including Doheny State Park and many of the top Beaches in Laguna Beach, less than 33 miles south of Disney Land and California Adventure Park, 66 miles south of Hollywood, 36 miles north of LegoLand (San Diego/technically Carlsbad), and 64 miles north of SeaWorld San Diego. this property is in the heart of Southern California, far enough south to enjoy the more laid back lifestyle of South Orange County, clean air and less traffic, but close enough to experience, Hollywood and Los Angeles if you choose to.
The contemporary Craftsman Home was designed with a contemporary beach home feel while maximizing outdoor living. The kitchen boasts a Viking 6-burner gas stove, a commercial grade 46" refrigerator, a 72" island with seating that opens the living room. The back of the home opens to the back yard with 15' pocket doors that recess into the wall. In addition, the kitchen area boasts a 6' bi-fold window that serves as a pass through and eating area and allows for a perfect flow between the backyard kitchen/bar and pool and the inside kitchen.
The owners selected this location after living in Southern California and Orange County for 10 years for it's ideal location that allows one to easily experience all that Southern California has to offer. It's rare to find beach close neighborhoods that are conducive to families with flat bike-able streets, parks, and a lot of younger families.
During Peak times including Christmas/New Years, and June- August there is a 6-day minimum stay. The owners use this home a lot throughout the year and when they are not using it, it leases quickly, therefore please check the schedule, availability is limited. Thanks!

1.Please note, renters are not allowed to have visitors on our property, our liability insurance only covers paid renters. $200 for each non-renter on the property.
2.Smoking is NOT allowed
3.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
4.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

7.Pets are NOT allowed.
PARKING – Please park two properties in the driveway. Street parking is open.
9.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10.If you want additional house-keeping services please let us know in advance, the fee is $150 per additional cleaning during the stay.
11.Please help yourself to perishable items in the fridge and pantry, we are on the honors system, we ask that you replenish what's consumed or leave an envelope to cover. Coffee, soap, and shampoo is complimentary.
12.If the property is missing any non-perishable items that will make your stay more comfortable and you wish to purchase it and leave it with the property, we allow our guests to purchase the item and refund them up to $100, please purchase the item, leave the item in working condition, and provide a copy of the receipt and we will send the money. If the item is more than $100, please contact Shevy Akason at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to discuss what is needed.
13.If you would like to use a Go Pro to create a video of your stay, please let us know, the deposit is $400 and we will share all video with you from your stay via Drop Box. We request permission to use portions of the video to market the property and area.
