First the host response was too slow or i should say never reply, email was sent over 5 times on simple question on pick up arrangement ,but end up nothing reply!!! When arrived the villa, the villa itself was ok, but the management and arrangement were bad. first went to the room, no briefing, no explanation and no one there to greet! only a security guard came and open the room door and a lady who spoke zero english!! No one told us there is no key for the villa, every time we went back we would need to go and ask the security to open the door, one day we went back, no one there and we wait for 30 mins!!
We asked for extra toilet roll, answer was no, asked for clean and extra towel, answer was no, they didnt even change our towels at all. Also they didnt even clean the rubbish outdoor, the ashtray was kept there for 3 days and no one touched it.
During breakfast, they even didnt tell us what time they serve, what they did - just left the breakfast on OUTDOOR table without coverage!! if you wake up like 11am, means the breakfast was left there over 3 hours.
The swimming pool was dirty, we didnt even swim as we didnt feel comfortable.
The villa is not worth for US 1677 for 3 nights in Phuket even that the NYE but sorry it was not worth.
One day they asked us what time we check out but we told her we check out on next day not today, they were kept saying that we have to check out today!! whats wrong with it???
We were trying to cook some noodles as we didnt feel clean on the breakfast, we asked for a simple cooking pot but answer again was No!
