I'm so glad you liked my cottage but I was shocked to see your review. I
apologize for the slow connection you mentioned. I wish I had known about
any Internet issue while you were here, as it could have been fixed
immediately. I tried contacting you a few days after you arrived to see
how you were doing, but with no reply I assumed all was well. It is hard
to fix an issue if I don't know about it.
I take Internet access very seriously and even have a professional IT guy
on call. Since a lot of my guests are here for business, I realize the
importance of a good connection and I pay extra for it, along with
expensive WiFi equipment which allows guests to have excellent coverage
even while relaxing outside in the courtyard.
Had I been informed of a problem, I would have immediately contacted my
great tech-wizard, Steve, who can remotely view my network wherever he is.
He would have sprung into action on your behalf by determining what the
problem was and taking whatever necessary steps to handle it. He even has
the capability to reduce speeds for or remove guests from the network if
they are abusing the network.
