Incredible panoramic views of the ocean abound from this updated 3 bedroom 2 bath flat. Light enters through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Living room has a sliding glass door leading to the ocean facing deck, wood burning fireplace, glass tables and convertible sofa. Special features throughout the unit include built-in dining room cabinets and glass dining table, bathrooms with designer tile and clear glass sinks, hardwood floors, numerous closets and diverse storage spaces. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom with contemporary tile shower. Second bedroom and third bedrooms both have queen beds; all bedrooms are large and have plentiful closet space. You can gaze at the wonderful view while preparing meals in the updated fully stocked kitchen that has great counter space, numerous cupboards, dishwasher, faucet with instant hot water and a commercial Viking stove. Shared washer and dryer available on the ground floor.

Sutro Park is ½ block away; Land’s End hiking trails, Ocean Beach (Pacific Ocean), Golden Gate Park, Cliff House Restaurant, Fort Miley and Safeway Store are all a 10 minute walk away or less. This is a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts and comfortable space for 4-6 people. Approximately 1350 square feet. Street parking only, but no residential permits are required.

Due to the glass furnishings, glass windows and doors, and unobstructed deck, this is not suitable for toddlers and small children (infants and teens are fine).

One small dog less than 20 lbs allowed with prior approval, signed pet agreement, and nonrefundable pet fee. No smoking on the premises. No unauthorized guests. 30 night minimum stay. Price based on 1- 4 person occupancy. Additional guests with fee and advance approval. 6 person maximum.

I represent multiple properties, if your dates are not available at this property I’ll gladly check for an alternative at another location.

Additional Fees:
1) $39 non-refundable Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee or $3000 security deposit
2) 3% processing fee is charged by SF Holiday Rentals in addition to fees charged by Airbnb
3) End of stay cleaning fee $155 - $255 will be included in the one-time fees in the Special Offer total we submit for your use.
4) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size.
5) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.

Rental Terms:
To complete your reservation once accepted through Airbnb you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.

ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and instructions.

Guests are responsible for the timely removal and proper disposal of garbage and correctly sorting recyclable items into the bins provided. Failure to do so, during and at the end of your stay, will result in additional fees.

Annette organised the transaction efficiently and made sure the house was in excellent condition for our arrival. It was a truly stunning location, excellent value and all of our needs were provided for by the facilities. The neighours (I believe one is the owner) were very friendly and we enjoyed walking out by the Pacific ocean in the evenings. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic location! The view is breathtaking (once the fog clears of course). My husband, my 2 sons (ages 17 and 13) and I stayed here for a week and it was great. Very comfortable, roomy, and clean. It was so nice to come "home" after a day in hustling about the city. The apartment is in a quiet section of the city, away from the noise and activity, but very easy to get to the action using public transit. Many fantastic local restaurants just a 5-10 minute bus ride away. Just down the street and around the corner are fantastic hiking trails. Spectacular views of the ocean and GG Bridge. Annette was fantastic. Very accommodating and she got back to me right away when I had questions. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this location. It was perfect for us. I will book this place again next time we go back. Thanks Annette and Coila! You are the best!

This place is fantastic, the view incredible; the photos do not do it justice! Annette and her staff were very helpful. The weather was sunny and warm (up to 70.degrees) almost everyday we were here during November. The apartment itself is very warm and welcoming with a wood burning fireplace and light wood floors. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very modern and effective. The beach is wonderfully close, just a short walk down a trail through Sutro Park, then across Highway 1. There is also a major grocery store just two blocks farther.

We had the most wonderful time here, everything was great, attention, views, etc.. . As a family spending the day out it is definitely a lot better go back to a beautiful apartment than going back to a boring hotel room.

This three bedroom, two full bath condo has a very well appointed kitchen, spectacular views and deck overlooking Ocean Beach and the West End of Golden Gate Park. Sutro Park and the coastal trail to Land's End are steps away from the front door. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We spent 9 relaxing days over Christmas 2011 with our family. The beach is about a five minute walk. The environment is dog friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Although the Safeway is about 4 blocks, there is very little other commercial activity in the area. The City's restaurant and nightlife offerings are some distance away. If that is what you crave, check out the options in SOMA, etc. If access to nature and a truly relaxing environment is what you crave - this place is for you.
