Incredible panoramic views of the ocean abound from this updated 3 bedroom 2 bath flat. Light enters through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Living room has a sliding glass door leading to the ocean facing deck, wood burning fireplace, glass tables and convertible sofa. Special features throughout the unit include built-in dining room cabinets and glass dining table, bathrooms with designer tile and clear glass sinks, hardwood floors, numerous closets and diverse storage spaces. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom with contemporary tile shower. Second bedroom and third bedrooms both have queen beds; all bedrooms are large and have plentiful closet space. You can gaze at the wonderful view while preparing meals in the updated fully stocked kitchen that has great counter space, numerous cupboards, dishwasher, faucet with instant hot water and a commercial Viking stove. Shared washer and dryer available on the ground floor.
Sutro Park is ½ block away; Land’s End hiking trails, Ocean Beach (Pacific Ocean), Golden Gate Park, Cliff House Restaurant, Fort Miley and Safeway Store are all a 10 minute walk away or less. This is a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts and comfortable space for 4-6 people. Approximately 1350 square feet. Street parking only, but no residential permits are required.
Due to the glass furnishings, glass windows and doors, and unobstructed deck, this is not suitable for toddlers and small children (infants and teens are fine).
One small dog less than 20 lbs allowed with prior approval, signed pet agreement, and nonrefundable pet fee. No smoking on the premises. No unauthorized guests. 30 night minimum stay. Price based on 1- 4 person occupancy. Additional guests with fee and advance approval. 6 person maximum.

1) $39 non-refundable Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee or $3000 security deposit
2) 3% processing fee is charged by SF Holiday Rentals in addition to fees charged by Airbnb
3) End of stay cleaning fee $155 - $255 will be included in the one-time fees in the Special Offer total we submit for your use.
4) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size.
5) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.
To complete your reservation once accepted through Airbnb you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.
ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and instructions.

This is a very independent arrangement - guests let themselves in via electronic locks and only have contact with us as needed.

No Smoking. No unauthorized guests. All reservations are subject to the terms and policies listed on the SF Holiday Rentals website and in the rental agreement that will be sent by SF Holiday Rentals for signature prior to releasing entry instructions.
Guests are responsible for the timely removal and proper disposal of garbage and correctly sorting recyclable items into the bins provided. Failure to do so, during and at the end of your stay, will result in additional fees.
