Newly renovated "house like" apartment on ground floor of duplex with courtyard. In a quiet leafy street only 3 minutes to the beach, cafes and great Bondi lifestyle.
Freshly painted and recently renovated, this apartment has lots of character with the Moroccan tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, fire place (non-functioning) in one of the bedrooms and ornate ceilings.
Open plan living gives it an airy fresh feel with extended outdoor living space.
There is an internal laundry cupboard in the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer.
Bath robes available in wardrobes for your use as well as beach towels.
Netflix available so you can have endless movie viewing!
You have full use of the courtyard and outdoor dinning setting and furniture.
The only time we enter the backyard is to access the garbage bins (every few days) and to water the garden.
I live in the apartment upstairs, so am nearby should you need anything during your stay.
We like to meet and greet our guests when possible.
There is strictly no smoking, even in the courtyard. We are very close to our neighbours and smoke from the courtyard comes into everyone's windows, particularly in the summer when all windows are open.
If you need to smoke, please do so at the front on the council strip.
Please be respectful and maintain it in a tidy clean manner. Upon departure, the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
If you loose the keys during your stay, there is a $20 charge to replace them.
There is no parking available on the property, however there is street parking which is 2 hours non-metered.
If you plan on bringing your car, I can apply for a guest parking permit for you, which is valid for 30 days and costs $47. All I need from you are the registration papers of the vehicle and I can apply for this before you arrive. If you are bringing a rental car, then I can't apply for a premit prior to your arrival as it requires paperwork from the rental company with the registration details of the vehicle, so you will need to drive to council office in Bondi Junction and apply for it yourself. Please note if you arrive on the weekend with a rental car, you won't be able to apply for a permit until Monday so please keep that in mind.
No smoking or pets allowed
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.
Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments
Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep excessive noise to a minimum. Disturbance to our neighbours, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and additional payments of 100% per night of excessive noise.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
