The Twin Bedroom is in the front of the house and has a share bath in the hallway. The bath will only normally be used by any visitors to the house when that happens during the day. There is a ceiling fan and central AC to keep you cool on a hot summer night. The room has room darkening shades for those that elect to avoid the early morning sunlight.
This house is always owner occupied and does not rent out in full and is not considered.
You are welcome to store food and drink for the beach in the 2nd fridge outside in the garage. Feel free to use the back deck and pool from 7am to 9pm. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided to borrow for the beach. There are a couple bikes as well.
Washer Dryer use and cooking are not permitted.
Feel free to meet me in the living room with large flat screen, on the back deck for a summer refreshment, or in the pool for a quick lap.
There is one small Boston Bull Terrier who will greet you for a few minutes before headed back to sleep.
