My apartment has a large bedroom with windows, so the place stays filled with light. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern, and fully equipped. It's in the heart of Bed Stuy near the G train. Bars, restaurants, and coffee shops are steps away.
I don't allow smoking or pets in the apartment. I ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering the apartment, and remember to lock the doors behind them when they leave. Please also make sure to turn off the air conditioners when you leave, and unplug any appliances when not in use, including the television.
Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and the bathroom. Please do not leave towels in the bathroom. All dirty towels and sheets should be placed in the guestroom hamper.
There are no guests allowed in the apartment other than those approved through the booking.
Please only use the toiletries and consume the food items that have been designated for guests' use. If not clearly labeled, you're welcome to ask for confirmation.
Other than those few things, just respect the space because it's nice one.
Things to Know
Each guest will receive a set of towels to use during his/her stay. These towels and sheets can be laundered at your own discretion. There is a laundromat conveniently located across the street from the apartment. It costs $2.00 - $3.50 a load to wash, and $0.25 for 8 minutes to dry. You'll need a quarters to operate the machines, but there are change machines in the laundromat if you only have coins. Detergent can be purchased at the laundromat for $2.00 - $6.00 per bottle.
Any more questions, just ask.

I am a California-native, but I've lived in New York for ten years. I learned the key to surviving life in the concrete jungle is to step outside your cage every now and then. If I could have any job I wanted, it would be something that allowed me to help others help themselves, travel the world, read books, do yoga, and follow the ATP tour.
