The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized and a single bed (this listing) and the other with a double bed. Each room comes with its own private bathroom. Additional single bed, baby beds and other variations can be arranged upon request. On the living floor there is a third bathroom serving also as laundry. There is air conditioning in bedrooms and central heating, washing and drying machines, fiber Wi-Fi, and fully furnished house. There are about 140square meters of lawn on two levels, the front and the backyard, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, tables, tap water, toys and BBQ.

The house is equipped with all the comforts and attention to make you feel at home. You will find bed linen, complete bathroom kits, welcome kit with coffee, dispenser with mountain water at cold and ambient temperatures, herbal teas....

"Where those are coming from?" That's the question we are repeatedly asked when entering the first time home and many peculiarities in every detail of the house are noticed. Most of the renovations and objects in the house were built or reworked personally by your hosts Rosario and Daniela. We worked on-site on the entire renovation to create a cozy yet functional floor plan and spaces, respecting the original spirit of the house. The finishes, furniture and furnishings are a mix of the ancient house fittings, family memories and modern pieces, totally revisited and reassembled together to create unique artifacts to welcome you into your Relax Home.

We live in a private area of the house, giving you the full confort to decide whether or when to reach out to socialize, ask for directions or help. If you have children and plan to have some rest at home we have 2 kids 4 & 7 years old speaking English and Italian. Daniela and Rosario are open to conversations and passionate about Art, World Cultures, Travelling, Science, Business and Personal Development.
