Bed is full size (bigger than a twin but smaller than a queen) and will sleep two if you're comfortable sleeping close! Shared dining and living space. No kitchen use. Beautiful deck to enjoy private back yard. No smoking, loud music, shoes off in house. Respect for others. Resourceful host will help you enjoy your stay. Coin laundry within 5 block walking distance. Inexpensive meals and take out to be had at Seward Co-op and other eateries close by.
Safe neighborhood for walking, easy access to bike rental (see (URL HIDDEN) for cheap bike rental opportunity if done 2 weeks before stay) and bikeways to other parts of city. Public transportation availability for light rail and bus. Easy walking to grocery stores, Target, food co-op, restaurants and clubs, business district and U of MN, Augustana University, Cedar/Riverside, art galleries. Voted the best neighborhood of Minneapolis to live in and to eat out!
Shared dining area but we are unable to share kitchen. Beautiful deck to enjoy private back yard and gardens. Our cat won't go into your area if you close the door.
We both work from home but if we're chilling on the deck we're happy to chat! If you have a busy schedule we just see each other in passing. We don't have a curfew so come and go as you like.
No pets (we have a cat and chickens), no smoking, no loud music, take shoes off in house and respect sleeping hours.
