April 2017 UPDATE: the property now has completed fencing to fully enclose the building and parking area. All new windows throughout. This is a private one bedroom apartment. Second level unit. It has tiled living room flooring, a full kitchen. It is located just west of the Tulsa university campus near historic route 66 in an area that is currently undergoing a lot of gentrification. This is a walkable area with many conveniences. NO SMOKING
There is a full kitchen and private bathroom. The tiled bathroom and sink are recent and the kitchen has a granite countertop. It is very comfortable. There is a very high quality queen sleeper sofa in the living room. And a queen bed in the bedroom. Roku on the TV provides access to Netflix, HBO, Showtime, ESPN, and many other channels. Wifi is provided, as well. Off street parking. I reside there regularly myself. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. If a guest smokes, we must conduct an extensive cleaning/ozone process which will result in a cleaning fee charged from the deposit.
This is a private apartment. You will have keyed access to your apartment. No common areas are at this location.
I am happy to assist you in planning some places to visit. I have been in the area for 30 years. My partner, Bridgette, handles customer service and will be available to assist you with any questions or needs.
One vehicle may be parked on the property. Additional parking is available on the street.
This building is home to two long-term tenants and 5 Airbnb guest apartments. Please respect other's rights to quiet enjoyment and enjoy a relaxing stay yourself. There are plenty of bars and night life available for partying off site and very close.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. We ask that guests sweep up, wipe counters, wash any dishes and remove their trash. A deep clean/sanitizing process will be conducted between guests but we are able to avoid a cleaning fee by asking guests to clean up after themselves.
Pets must be pre-approved. They may not be left unattended in the condo unless they are crated. They may not be on the bed. Dogs may not be off-leash outside on the property, this is a liability issue with our insurance company and out of respect for the other tenants in the building. And, of course, you are responsible for any damages that your pet may cause.
ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the unit; do not discard your butts/ashes in the trash cans inside the unit. Smoking will incur a $100 fee to replace return air filters, ionization, and/or carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Old blue washcloths/hand towels are left inside each closet. These are CLEAN but may have stains. Please use these towels to remove make-up, for general clean-up, etc. DO NOT use the white towels for these types of tasks as even bleaching often will not remove stains. Ruined towels will incur a $5 fee per towel.
My children learn the important lesson of hard work by helping refurbish and maintain this property. Please respect that and leave it in the good condition you find it when you arrive.

I am a real estate broker, property manager, real estate radio show host, and I have a couple other businesses. I have eight (yes, 8) children and two grandchildren. I am a product of both community college and UC Berkeley, where I completed a degree in Development Studies with a minor in Political Economy.
