Waterfront property, family holiday villa consists of 6 apartments, 4 available for rental.
Apartment Skye is brand new upstairs house extension built to the highest standards in energy conservation, grey water purification, fire safety etc. Dishwasher, microwave etc
Apartment Skye is located upstairs in the villa. Entry to the apartment is on the ground level with private entry leading upstairs. Renewable timber flooring (bamboo) is in bedroom and living room, and the rest is tiled. From the entry hall you can access a bedroom facing the garden with a queen size bed (160x200), sparkling bathroom with shower, kitchen and a living room with dinning. Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full size stove and a ceramic cooktop. Large living room has a french doors which open to the balcony, and contains a sofa bed (160x200), TV, air-conditioning, armchairs, and dining with seating for up to 6 people. Balcony is overlooking the water with uninterrupted sea views. Mosquito nets and safety bars are on all windows and balcony door.
We will try our best to be there to meet you, but in case we cant - there is a keysafe where we can leave a key for you. Code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Keysafe is also handy when you go for a swim, no need to take it with you.
Washing machine (laundry) is available on request.
Villa has its own private access to the water, including a private mooring for your boat at the front of the house. Beach lounges are there for the use of our guests.
If you are after a quiet spot, privacy of your own access to the water, possibly have a boat and enjoy swimming or canoeing, this is the place for you. You can look forward to waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying a drink on the terrace under the starry sky. House is available for rental throughout the year.
The Adriatic sea has no tide to speak of; no sharks, no jelly fish, etc.
Entire apartment, access to private beach with 2 lounges reserved for guests of apartment Skye. Garden at the back has clothes drying space, BBQ. There is one allocated carpark per apartment.
The owners will be there in one of the apartments.
If you are visiting us outside summer months, please make sure you buy some food on the way to Carob tree, as shops in the village are closed.
Please contact us immediately if there is something wrong within the property, we are committed to your stay being a happy one and will be pleased to have the opportunity to correct a problem that you may have come across.
Rubish - A rubbish bin is located on the access road just opposite carpark. Rubbish collection occurs daily and is well serviced during the summer season (July-Aug). For the rest of the year (Sep-Jun) it is collected twice a
week. Recycling is not yet offered in this council district.
Please do not leave rubbish outside the apartment during day or night as it is unsightly and can attract stray cats.
Private beach - is intended to be used by guests in all 4 apartments.
Use beach lounges reserved for your apartment. Close beach umbrella's when you are not there. Please be mindful of other guests so it does not obstruct their access to the beach and water.
Please do not leave personal belongings on the beach.
No loud music or talking after 11:00pm
No smoking inside of apartments. Cigarette buds should be disposed into rubbish bins
Please draw our attention to any breakages in case it's not picked up and inconveniences the next guests.

• Make sure electrical appliances are switched off
• Make sure air conditioner is switched off at the mains
• Close all doors and windows and aluminium shutters
• Lock main entry
• Leave the property clean and tidy
• Check you have all your luggage
• Vacate the property by 10:00am unless agreed with the owner
