Wifi Note: We love to host and offer our guest free hotel linens and wifi. This is not free for us and we use the leading pocket wifi company in Japan as other hosts do. We want to let you know that they work well for maps and email, but storms, network issues, etc slow down the wifi units from time to time. If you need high data downloading please rent a Sim card or wifi unit at the airport, we also can have one delivered to you. We look forward to your stay!
This is standard studio apartment which can accommodate to 5 people. There is a double bed 3 memory foam futons provided. It has kitchen and dining area. A big shower room with bath tub and has a balcony.
Enjoy a full access of the whole apartment. It will be your home away from home in Tokyo. It comes fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including freshly pressed towels, body wash, shampoo & hair conditioner, hair dryer, and an iron. And best of all, we will be providing you with free use of a portable pocket Wi-Fi device that you can use in the apartment and while sightseeing around!
Washing machine is unavailable due to water issue outlet. But there are laundry mats nearby.
I would like to interact with the guests as much as possible! However, I work during the day on weekdays and sometime on the weekends too. Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with during your stay!
The lovely apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We kindly ask to keep the noise down during check-in and check-out. Japanese people are very shy so be nice and polite, however never ask directions from them as you would likely to get lost. Please follow the directions that we will provide. It is safest to ask for directions especially if you have the address from the train station officer in the booth near the ticketing gate. :)
Two critically important rules for you to follow during your stay:
NOISE - The apartment is very quiet and our neighbors value the peaceful harmonious living that is synonymous with being in Japan. Please refrain from talking loudly near or in the apartment. Especially in the evenings, please keep noise to a minimum.
TRASH - The separation of trash and recyclables is very strict in Japan. Please follow the instructions we have provided for you in the apartment for how to properly separate and dispose of the following 4 categories into 4 separate bags:
1. General/Combustible Garbage
2. Plastic Bottles
3. Glass Bottles
Please know that we are sharing a home with you and we expect you to treat it with respect and behave accordingly.
It is not a HOTEL, so we kindly ask you to keep it tidy, wash your own dishes, and take your trash out as scheduled please refer to the guide in the house so as to avoid bad smell inside the apartment.
If there is more you wanted than what we have provided for amenities and etc., please feel free to get them at the nearest convenient store. :)
Thank you very much for understanding!
