The 'Apartment' is the 2nd floor of a duplex house on the Quai. It has direct access to a shared terrace. Its kitchen and dining area is shared with the guests on the 1st floor 'Suite with shared terrace'. The Apartment consists of 2 separate rooms which share a bathroom across the corridor.
The 'Apartment' is not really an entire home, but much much more than 2 rooms. If you need total privacy you should opt for the entire 'Duplex' or add the 'Suite'.
The 'Apartment' is one of three units we offer on Airbnb. Ideally the 'Apartment' on the 2nd floor and the 'Suite' on the 1st floor are booked as a Duplex for 5-6 guests.
The third unit, the 'Studio', is right across the terrace and offers total privacy for 2 persons.
The 'Apartment' has a small room with a single bed 110x200 and a big room with a twin bed 210x200cm which may be split. Childrens beds are available.
The proximity of the Lake (Léman) and the terrace make this unit totally unique. Possibility to swim in the Lake just in front of the house, year-round with nice temperatures from June til October. The 'Apartment' is part of a group of historic buildings in the Old Town of Vevey. Built in 1840, authentic structures, materials and design. Wall heating in clay. If you dont want to cook enjoy the very popular and quiet restaurant on the ground floor (no 1 on Tripadvisor) and if you want to prepare your own meals go to the in-house shop.
There are some 30 people living on the site in 4 shared living spaces and 4 studios or appartments. Besides the in-house restaurant and the grocery store thre is an antiques shop. The terrace is shared occasionally with other B&B hosts and tenants of the site.
