Thank you for checking my listing! This house is for those who want to stay cozy in Japanese style with a great view or need convenience which is only 5-10 minute walk from the nearest bus & train hub station to go around Kyoto easily & quickly!
===== CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT =====
Check in and check out are listed as 4pm and 12pm. Normally I can make them flexible for you, but I would ask you to be punctual during the high seasons of the sakura and the autumn colors.
You will have your own key. I usually put the room key into the mailbox. Please take the key for yourself when I am not available.
===== BOOKING =====
After you mail me I am happy to keep the house for you for 24 hours while you make your decision to stay. If I receive an inquiry from another guest during that time I will mail you to let you know. At the end of 24 hours I will accept the first guest to book the room. Please keep contact with me even if you lose chance to get my listing and I will give priority over you next time.
Airbnb is built on mutual trust and friendship, so help me get to know you. Before you come to stay with me please make sure you add a few verifications to your account and add some personal information to your profile.
= What do you love?
= How do you spend a relaxing afternoon?
= Where would you go on your dream holiday?
===== MESSAGE ME =====
I usually ask guests to exchange their account on some instant messenger because not only it is easy and quick to contact each other but also can send images which AirBnB's messaging service lacks. Therefore, please tell it to me if you have. If you don't have it, email will be the main contact way. I'll try to reply to your message within a few hours, and I'm happy to answer all your questions before you finalize your decision to book.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you, so go ahead, click the button and contact me now!

Hi! I'm Hawthorne. I'm a backpacker living near Tokyo, Japan, and doing AirBnB mainly as a host in Kyoto. My motto is "Omotenashi", meaning "“to entertain guests wholeheartedly". Since I was welcomed really warmly by many hosts when I made travels in Europe while I was living in Germany for the student exchange program, I thought I would like to be the one of greatest hosts in the world. Therefore, I've been helping those who come to my house as much as possible to make their stay more comfortable. I know a lot of great places not only in Tokyo and Kyoto but also other regions in Japan, especially Kyushu. Just ask me anytime if you have any questions regarding to your trip itinerary in Japan and I'll make our best answers for you!
Hope you can check my listing, book it and have a great time there ;-)
