A very large, beautiful room in a period property on a quiet street overlooking the Old Town of Hastings and the sea. The room has wooden floors, stained glass windows and French doors opening up into the garden, exquisite marble fireplace for cosy winter fires plus a very comfy king size bed.
This is a room only booking, but there are generally croissants or toast available free of charge, plus of course tea and coffee.
There is also a single room available in this house.
This is a very quiet and peaceful house; we have very few late nights and the atmosphere is pretty chilled out.
We do not smoke, but I am happy for you to smoke in the garden.
This is a room only booking, but there are generally croissants, toast or similar plus tea and coffee available in the morning.
If you would like a cooked vegetarian breakfast then that would be available at an extra cost of £5 per person - but please let me know in advance.
I'd love it if you took off your shoes when you come indoors, especially when it rains.
Please treat my home with the same respect as you would your own and please be aware of not leaving windows and doors open when you go out.

I am a sculptor living in the most fabulous place in the world, Hastings.
I was born in Copenhagen and I grew up in Sweden but spent some years travelling Asia as a free lance journalist and photographer before I discovered Hastings and decided to settle down.
I speak Danish and Swedish, and I adore nature, animals, music, dancing, yoga and reading. I'm quite fond of good food and wine, too. I'm a vegetarian.
I spend my days in my studio, garden or on the beach.
I love welcoming new people into my home and I really like it if you respect my space as you would your own.
