I have been living in Paris for over 10 years; an expat myself, I am very accustomed to the difficulties one might encounter when visiting especially for the first time... I am here to make your life (hopefully) a lot easier and share all sorts of local tips!
Please, take the time to thoroughly read the descriptions above and make sure everything is clear and that it meets your needs.
-I will do my very best to offer you a beautiful and pleasant stay in Paris.
I highly value respectful guests that take good care of the apartment during their stay.
There is a carpet very recently installed in most of the spaces and I would deeply appreciate if you could respect the "no-shoes-inside" policy.
(Obviously, clean sleepers can be provided upon request!)
-If you wish to arrive or leave at a different time than the official check-in/check-out, kindly inform me so, before booking the room, otherwise I might not be able to accommodate your request due to work schedule or other reservation arrangements.
-Given this is a "flat/space share", travelers with positive reviews will be given priority. ;-)

A jazz lover, an espresso amateur (I will obviously reveal to you the very few truly good coffee spots in the city if you visit!) and Parisian by adoption.
An expat myself, -10 years and counting-, I still wander around the city and feel overwhelmed with the beauty that lies even at the most unexpected spots...
