You could practice your golf, go watch a rugby game at the East's rugby club, have lunch or dinner at two of Sydney's iconic harbouside restaurants, Pier and Catalina's. You could even catch a seaplane from Rose Bay marina to Bennelong on the Hawkesbury or the Boatshed in Palm beach.

Plumer Rd shops across the golf course- bottle shop with excellent champagne selection, chicken shop, 3 cafes, bakery, butcher, great pizza, japanese etc. Very quiet, sunny, hammock, excellent sound system, large television, heater, fully equipped gas kitchen. Great walk up to Vaucluse along the harbour. Bondi to Bronte also very nice. Ferry to city is very fast and convenient. Large dining table can be extended to sit 10 people comfortably. Outdoor balcony with BBQ, herbs. I am going for 1 month holiday to NY and South America.
There is a new born baby next door so no loud partying please. Any complaints from the neighbour may result in eviction.
