Self contained 1st and 2nd floor flat in listed Georgian House overlooking the Solway Firth. Great area for biking and walking but a range of attractions in the town as well. Close to Keswick and the Western Lakes , a quiet undiscovered area.
This is a self contained flat with two double bedrooms available. One has a King size bed. Other 4ft and a single bed. Large bathroom[adjacent to bedrooms] , Large Kitchen diner and big living room with open fire. Books, games and toys provided and lots of information about the area. The flat gets morning sun at the front and afternoon at the back. Great sunsets over the sea
There is a shared entrance hall but my self contained accommodation is on ground floor. Sorry no access to the garden
I moved here 15 years ago and love this area. Am a keen cyclist and know a wide variety of routes throughout Lakeland. I like to get away from crowds so will be able to point you to lots of stunning , quiet areas and walks in West Cumbria. Sometimes I am away with work etc but will always be here to greet guests.
Parking is on street but I have a visitors permit which enables you to park if spaces are available. There is unlimited parking in the old market place a few hundred metres away.
Friday is changeover day . Minimum stay is 5 nights
Check in time 4pm check out by 10am
I am living below so do request that living room and kitchen are vacated around 11pm.
No smoking, no pets- sorry no outdoor space
