Conz is only a short walk from cafes in Wray Avenue - the cafes there would be the closest and then walk along South Tce past the Fremantle hospital and there are as many cafes and restaurants as you like. There is a pleasant pub and restaurant with takeaway meals about 200m away.
The beaches - South Beach is about 2km away at the southern end of South Tce and Bathers Beach is about 1 km just near the fishing boat harbour. There are two free CAT buses in Fremantle that you can pick up near the hospital - they go around the city and interchange at the railway station and also go down to South Beach. So provided you enjoy a stroll you don't need to get into a car. There is a frequent bus service 99, 98 that passes through South Street and although that is not free it comes every 10-15 mins and is a great service.

Parking is provided in the bays marked with your unit number. Please do not park elsewhere. There are a few visitor carparks provided
We expect that guests will take care of the property and make sure that the neighbours are not disturbed. No parties and all friends of guests must be off the property by 10:00pm with no loud noise or music. There are plenty of local places to enjoy a good time.
Any problems/breakages need to be reported to us and on departure all rubbish needs to be removed and a all dishes washed, dried and put away. No Smoking is allowed inside and if you smoke outside you must remove all ash and butts carefully.
