This modern 3rd floor apartment is situated within a stunning landmark development. Ideally located (Central Zone 1) for both tourist and professional. The apartment offers exceptional transport links into the West End and a perfect location for the bars and boutiques of SE1. Less than 30 seconds walk to Lambeth North Underground Station and a 5 to 15 minute walk to London's top attractions.

The property has a large reception room with a semi-open plan layout with the kitchen, a spacious bedroom and modern bathroom. In the bedroom there is a kingsize bed. The living room area has a comfortable, fully sprung double sofa bed and a further fold up bed for a fifth person. Fresh linen and towels provided. Free Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooking hob and oven, microwave and all utensils.

Conveniently located next to Lambeth North Underground Station which has an 8 minute journey to Oxford Circus. Minutes walk to major attractions such as the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Aquarium, Hayward Gallery and Southbank Centre, British Film Institute and many many more. Nearby Waterloo Underground Station takes you to Stratford for the Olympic Park in 24 minutes. For a more local experience, try Lower Marsh and The Cut - both vibrant streets for boutique shopping, dining and nightlife.

Smoking
Please do not smoke anywhere inside the apartment. You can smoke in the garden area or outside of the main entrance. Please dispose of any cigarette ends appropriately.

Noise
Please be aware that this is a residential building with neighbours living above, below and beside you. Enjoy your stay in the apartment, however, do not make excessive noise such as playing loud music. Also be respectful and limit noise in the corridors/entrance ways.

Please do not use the washing machine after 9pm at night or before 8am in the morning.

Rubbish/recycling
The waste bins and recycling are situated outside of the building. All rubbish and recycling must be taken to the disposal area and not left anywhere else in or outside of the building.

As you leave the main entrance, there is an alley way to your left. You will need to use the white key card to open the gate. The waste/recycling area is on the left in this alleyway. Use the code C 0578 Z to open the door. There is a light switch on the right as you enter the room.

Once inside, waste bins are straight ahead and recycling is on the right hand side. Use the exit button on the left side wall.

Please do not take the white key card away from the apartment. There is a £40 replacement fee if the card is lost.

Security
As an additional security measure, on arrival we will take a photograph of a guest passport or driving licence (picture ID). There is also a short contract to sign covering access to the property and returning keys at the end of the booking, agreement not to sublet and agreement not to make excessive noise, smoke, damage or misuse the property.

Nice place. We slept a family of 5 in this two room apt. Only feet from the underground and Waterloo station lots of things to see and do in a 5-10 min walk.

A localização é incrível, metrô ao lado do prédio e ponto de ônibus bem em frente. Não se ouve barulho do metrô, no entanto a rua é super movimentada e passa muita ambulância, mas com as janelas completamente fechadas quase não se ouve o barulho da rua. A cozinha é muito bem equipada e o Jamie é muito organizado com as regras da casa e muito amável. O Roy que nos recebeu também foi bem atencioso. Pegamos dias de bastante calor e o apartamento é bem quente e fica abafado quando as janelas estão fechadas, mas tem três ventiladores disponíveis que ajudam a amenizar o calor. We had a lovely stay and I really recommend this place.

The department has a great location, good space, its clean and has all the amenities, the big issue for us were not have Air Conditioning, because the apartment was really hot and the ventilators were not enough too cool down the place, I understand that those high temperatures in London are not common, but happened when we were there, maybe it would be great to have a AC unit for these uncommon days Jamie its a great host, he gave us al the instruction about how to arrive to the apartment and give us the options about how to go around places using the public transportation, also we have a great communication all the time Thank you

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Very comfortable stay. Would recommend for a family trip up to 5 people !

The apartment is very small for 5 people, I think it is only fit for 2 or max 3. All towels and blankets are old and rumpled. We have 5 people staying for 5 nights but they only provided 5 towels. It is very noisy, special at night, we could not sleep because ambulance run and whistle whole night. Kitchen is good with enough facility. Location is very good but unlucky for us, the nearest station, Lambert North is closed during this time. I dont recommend for a group more than 3.
