Modern, large, top (7th) floor 2br/2b apartment with spectacular views to city,bay and port from huge wrap-around balcony. Large Master with huge open ensuite/WIR. Beautiful European paintings throughout and large, open plan modern kitchen. Free WiFi


The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are completely separated by the living, dining and kitchen spaces providing privacy for couples sharing. A large apartment located on the top (7th) floor in a quiet elevated apartment block located on Bay St . It has an easterly facing aspect which catches the morning sunrises with a long balcony that wraps around to the south providing views over the port of Melbourne and sunset views mid summer and mid winter. Solid, quiet apartments with only 5 other apartments on this level. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and everything you need to just walk in with your suitcases. Fully appointed kitchen, study nook, air con, flat screen TV, DVD player ,PS3 and WiFi


The apartment has undercover car parking for one car, an outdoor garden and podium area with two BBQ areas for the residents , secure access to Bay St and the nearby promenade via lobby front door. There is a building manager resident. There are two lifts for access and so no stairs to negotiate.


As I will be overseas, I leave access details with the building manager who lives in the building or with close local friends. A key and security FOB is given out to access the apartment with a list of all the instructions where to park etc. The apartment is immaculate and there are some basic food and grocery items for your convenience and use. I live nearby and am available. If you require a regular cleaning service for longer term stays this can be arranged for you.

Tim's apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The balcony provides beautiful views, looking toward the city in one direction and water views from the other end. The bathroom/ensuite is lovely with a huge bath to soak in after long days shopping and sight seeing. The apartment is located in an excellent position with a great grocery store directly below providing organic produce and speciality items. The street is full of cafes and lovely shops to ponder. It was only a short walk to the tram stop to take you into the city. Port Melbourne is a nice spot to stay and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Tim was excellent at communicating with us and at ensuring everything was organised for our stay. We would certainly stay there again if we had the opportunity to.

Tim made us feel welcomed!! The neighbourhood is absolutely wonderful! The beach was 200m away, Coles was practically 10mins walk away, a lovely market was about 20mins walk away, trams and taxis available, lots of eateries just outside, a gourmet supermarket downstairs and beautiful and quite apartment.
