Since our children have grown up and moved on, my husband Skip and I have been renting part of our home and have enjoyed sharing it with people from all over the world, especially when we have return visitors and get to know them well. We both also operate The Art of Humor Gallery, a collection of Skip's artwork, which our guests and the public never leave without a smile on their faces. Another passion of ours is music; we perform at area restaurants and sometimes for weddings. Often our guests will opt to come and dine where we are playing, expanding on our interaction with them-a good time had by all. When we are not busy with our businesses we spend most of our time maintaining our home and 13 acre property, which we have designed and landscaped ourselves, for the most part. We so love to tend to the gardens, ponds, waterfalls, and trails. I also enjoy quilting and for 17 years coordinated a community project for World AIDS Day.
