Our place is a very short walk in (less than five minutes) to all the lovely spots in Charlottetown, but just enough away that you don't have streams of people past the house. It's super close to beautiful restaurants and dining, waterfront walks, access to family-friendly activities, and art and culture. The apartment has great neighbours, a fantastic queen size bed, a clawfoot bath tub and a daybed in the window for lazing or a third guest.
I am not in town while the place is available, but our friends who live in the building handle the changeovers and can assist if needed.
Check in 3pm, check out 12noon but we can be flexible! **Note that for any bookings 4 days or longer, we'll ask our cleaner to come in to change the linen and run the trash down.
Property is an old home so some fixtures (electrical, tub) are older and look a bit wonky, but everything is as clean as we can make it - we love it and hope you do too.
We figure folks looking for a whole place won't want/need a lot of company from us - which probably works well as we are generally letting when we are out of town, but we will always offer as much hospitality and information as possible!
We'd love it if you could treat the home as... a home! Take care of your own dishes, we will drop the garbage and strip the beds and take care of the linen. We're managing the property with the help of our friends while we're out of town, so please make sure that you let us know any concerns immediately if things aren't as they should be when you arrive.
I work with a music festival in Australia, and travel pretty often for work. I live part time in Prince Edward Island, Canada and I love music, reading, the very first night in a new city, and I'm interested in local sustainable food and architecture. I travel alone, sometimes with my work colleagues, and often with my partner. We rent our place out to friends while we're away. I'm vegan and sadly allergic to cats (I love them).
