Duplex with porch, vintage 60's decor. Charming street just off campus, 1 mile to downtown, two blocks to natural foods store. Whole house rented, but only master bedroom and one child's bedroom are available. One bathroom.
At the turn of the 20th century, many stonemasons, who built the classic stone buildings on campus, lived on my street. Michael Graves lived two doors down, in a house that was used by the stonemasons as a warehouse. My particular house was built in 1920 by a Scottish stonemason. The fireplace, made from river stones, is a classic Scottish design.
Access to master bedroom, one bathroom, and all of first floor, which is comprised of living and dining rooms and the kitchen. Washing machine in basement is available, but no dryer.
I'll meet you to check in and check out.
The drive way is shared with three neighbors. My space is the rightmost. Two small cars will fit in the space.
Please leave the house as it was when you came (dishes washed, objects not misplaced). No pets and no smoking inside. Feel free to use condiments and spices if you cook. Please keep the noise down due to the physical proximity of my neighbors. Please turn off the A/C window units when you are away.
