Casa La Sirena takes the beauty of the Colonial style home and envelopes it with the modern and clean style of Europe. Just one block from the central park, it is located less than one block from the most popular tourist area in town. Quiet elegance.
Casa La Sirena is a very unique and beautiful home located in the heart of Granada. The home has many distinguishing features such as a walking bridge over the pool and amazing views of the Cathedral dome from inside the home. The location could not be better as it is a mere ½ block to the central park.
The first thing you will notice about Casa La Sirena when entering is the beautiful custom made mahogany entrance doors. These were specially made for Casa La Sirena by a local company using wood from Nicaragua. The entryway to the home is warm and inviting. To the right of the entryway, you will find a large living area with comfortable seating as well as an entertainment center.
At the end of the entry hall, you will find yourself in the main corridor of the home. As with most colonial homes, this is where the family gathers for meals and entertaining. There is a comfortable area with padded chairs as well as several rocking chairs so you can sit back and relax. To the right of the corridor is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is one of the best features of the home as it has a large bar area and is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
The swimming pool is located in the center of the corridor and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. A very unique feature is the mahogany bridge and staircase which goes over the pool and leads to the bedrooms upstairs.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master is to the right and has its own private outdoor patio. The bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, small balcony and television. There are two additional bedrooms to the left of the staircase both with private baths and queen beds. One bedroom also has a single trundle bed which can sleep a child or adult.
Casa La Sirena is the perfect home for you, your family and friends. Once you step out the front door, you have your choice of restaurants, bars and shopping just steps away.
Casa La Sirena is your home away from home and you have access to all spaces and all amenities available.

I have lived in Granada for almost 13 years and love it. I am a high energy person and love to keep busy. I work closely with the community to help the locals get ahead. I love to travel with my son and husband. My husband and I are "foodies" and love to eat good food and try new things. We love meeting new people and hearing about their experiences.
