This is a complex with some people who live there all year so there will be some children playing outside. Some of the owners have pets. The buildings need repainting outside but in France this is a slow process and not top priority for the Syndic which manages the buildings. I am hoping this will be done in the next 1/2 years. Our last AGM has agreed to clean all the paintwork and this is due to happen in Feb 2018.
Just keep the place tidy, as you would your own home. Small pets are allowed but need to be cleaned up after especialy in the communal spaces. The complex is a mix of residential and holiday lets so you will have children living there who go to school during the week and will play in the common areas in the evening and during school holidays.. Sheets and towels can be rented...Just let me know in advance
Avid Traveller. Fell in love with the village of Plan de La Tour when I accidentally ended up there one morning in the winter of 2003. I had been looking around for months in the south of France with a view to buying an apartment somewhere I could eventually use in retirement. Many of the rural french villages are dead in winter but this place was lively. It was clearly thriving and because of its proximity to the Gulf of St Tropez had a great collection of restaurants. As I explored the area in detail I saw how close it was to the coast and how expensive property was in the area. That was when I saw a block of apartments being constructed right beside the village. Within a couple of days I had placed a deposit and soon became the owner of the 1 bed I am currently renting. I visit there at least three times a year and have continued to upgrade the apartment's interior.
I am relatively new to airBnb and so far its going really well.
