Only 300m from Palm Cove Beach, this residence sleeps six adults (plus two more on a pull-out sofa bed). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and this magical holiday house has ceiling fans throughout. All bed linen and towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry provides everything you need to enjoy a self-catering beach holiday in Palm Cove. TV/CD/DVD.

Properties are available from 2:00pm and are to be vacated by 10:00am
Cleaning Requirements
As part of our quality service, all our properties are thoroughly cleaned and tidied ready for your arrival in Palm Cove. In return, we ask that you respect our properties and leave them in a suitably clean and tidy condition.
BBQ - Please clean the BBQ after each use. We provide BBQ cleaner / pads and scrubs under the kitchen sink. If you prefer our cleaner does this for you, there is a charge of $50.00. This will be charged to your credit card within 7 days of your departure.
Rubbish - Please remove all rubbish (newspapers, magazines, cartons) from the property. Place in the outside dustbins provided. The council empties rubbish bins from the street side on Tuesday morning.
If you prefer our cleaner does this for you, there is a charge of $20.00. This will be charged to your credit card within 7 days of your departure
Washing Dishes - Please wash all used and dirty dishes, pots and pans and put away into the kitchen storage cupboards.
If you prefer our cleaner does this for you, there is a charge of $35.00. This will be charged to your credit card within 7 days of your departure.
Floors - Please sweep and/or vacuum all floors before leaving the property.
Towels - Place all used towels and pool towels in to the bath tub before you leave the property.
Laundry - Place all used bed sheets in the bathroom before you leave the property. Please leave the mattress protectors, blankets and doonas/duvets on the beds.
Damages / Breakage - Notification of any breakages, loss, damages or maintenance must be reported to the Owner/Administrator immediately. Any associated costs are required to be paid on demand to the Owner/Administrator. The Owner/Administrator will accept no responsibility for any inconvenience with machinery/appliance breakdown.
The Owner/Administrator will best endeavour to repair, replace or hire an alternative.
Keys and Remotes - Please ensure that all keys and remote control are left at the property on departure. A charge of up to $250.00 will be charged to your credit card within 7 days of your departure if locks, keys or remote controls are to be replaced.
Power - In order to preserve our fragile environment, will you kindly turn off all lights and air conditioning units every time you leave the property.
Personal belongings - The Owner/Administrator takes no responsibility for loss or damage to your personal belongings. We recommend that you buy a quality travel insurance product that will cover any such loss incurred.
Total Number of Guests - The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the final confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner/Administrator in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.
Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use of the property contrary to this will result in additional charges. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

We had a pleasant stay in the house. The location is great. It was clean. A little outdated and broken plastic bowls no juicer...we bought one and left it there. The outdoor furniture so weathered it tore when my lightweight husband sat on it. Silly notes saying to put away cushions and runners as they are just for show but no reciprocation in providing decent cookware etc. overall pleasant but not what I would have expected in comparison to other properties I have stayed in
