The garage is stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, rolling cooler, snorkeling gear & beach toys.
We invite you to kick back relax and enjoying living in this elegant Villa featuring a fully equipped sparkling white quartz counter top kitchen, expansive 80 inch HD TV, Apple TV, Blue Ray DVD, Sonos sound bar, central air conditioning, 2 car garage, gated entrance, quality teak wood furnishings and large private tropical court yard with gas grill. Additional amenities include quality bedding and linens, two kings, one queen bed all with memory foam 3" toppers, queen sofa bed in living room, porta-crib and high chair stored in garage. The garage is also stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, rolling cooler, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach toys to make it easy to enjoy the pristine blue waters and beautiful white sands of Napili and Kapalua Bay; swimming, snorkeling with turtles, body surfing, stand up paddle boarding, soaking up the sunshine, building sandcastles and watching spectacular sunsets.
When this small project was built the developers decided to add private fenced back yards for family enjoyment instead of a central pool as the beach was so close and it happens to be one of the best swimming & snorkeling beaches in Hawaii.

Directions from Kahului Airport: 33.0 miles / 51 min
Straight to continue on HI-38(URL HIDDEN) 6.9 Miles
Turn left onto HI-30 Sout(URL HIDDEN) 24.3 Miles
Turn left onto Napilihau S(URL HIDDEN) .3 Miles
Turn Right onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd .7 Miles
Destination will be on the right across the street from the Mauian Hotel. If you pass Napili Kai Resort (on the left) or the large Kapalua sign (on the right), you went a little too far.
Check In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check Out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Please have everyone in your group read and pay close attention to the HOUSE RULES located on the back of the front door and copied below, very important and enforceable. Remember Napili Gardens is a residential community, quiet hours are: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m..
Trash dumpster is located in the back of the complex, walk to the back of the cul-de-sac, look left, and you will see the large wood sliding doors.
Beach access is across the street, walk out of the complex to the right. You will immediately see the Napili Kai, Sea House Restaurant sign. Take a left and walk straight through the parking lot, breezeway, stairs and straight through to the beach. Sea House restaurant is a must great food, appetizers (pupus in Hawaiian) check for happy hour times!
Beach Gear: There is a good supply in the garage however to the left of the complex oceanside is Snorkel Bob’s and 808 Surf perfect for all your snorkel equipment, surf and paddle boards.
Kapalua: Down the street to your right past the Kapalua sign is another amazing beach, Kapalua Bay. This is also the trailhead for the Kapalua Coastal Trail, this is a must do - short hike with amazing views.
Upon departure, 11 am, please:
1) Turn off all lights, AC and secure the home.
2) Dispose of all trash, rubbish, the dumpster and recycling containers are located in the back left side of complex. You will see large sliding doors.
3) Run all dishes, silverware, etc. through the dishwasher & put away.
4 )Be sure to leave gate remote control in the home.
5) Our wonderful cleaning team will take care of the rest.

There are no lifeguards at Napili Bay or Kapalua Bay thus although these are protected bay shapped beaches please keep an eye on your small children. The tropical sun is hot we recommend sunscreen especially from 10am -4pm.
Our home is located in a quiet residential resort community. The house rules below are setup for everyone's peaceful enjoyment. We have found it to be a wonderful intimate community.
• QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 8 AM- NO EXCEPTIONS
• NO Trash dumping or recycling from 10 PM – 8 AM
• NO Trash left outside to sit on stairways, entries or exterior parking areas.
• NO personal property shall be left on stairways, entries or exterior parking areas.
• NO towels, clothing or laundry shall be hung in doorways, stairways or windows.
• NO pets
• NO playing, riding bikes, skateboarding or any type of recreation is allowed in the
parking areas, blacktop, and driveways.
• Garage doors are to be closed at all times unless you are working in or using the garage.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING on property. Hawaii’s Smoke Free Law, Act 295, prohibits
smoking within 20 feet of doorways, windows & ventilation intakes
• Leave SAND at the beach. Wash yourselves and beach gear at the beach showers at Napili or Kapalua Bays
• Maximum Occupancy 8 people, no exceptions.

Aloha - Living on Maui is truly a wonderful experience, both because of the inspiring natural beauty and the warm friendly people. Mark knew when he first landed on Maui back in 1979 that he had found his new home. Days after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he flew into Lahaina when there was a small airport in Kaanapali in the middle of a violent Kona storm. But, the next day the clouds disappeared, the Maui sunshine and magic shined through, and Mark turned in at the first help wanted sign. He worked the Kaanapali resorts in the evenings and surfed his days away until he met a beautiful girl (Vicki) from San Diego. Mark was then blessed with two wonderful children and the uncertain opportunity of managing a small vacation rental program in Lahaina. Fortunately, as his family grew, so did his real estate career. Mark and Vicki are now blessed with two beautiful grandchildren and their own Maui vacation home to share with others.
