A large 247 sq m luxury 3 BR all ensuite condo villa surrounded on three sides by terracotta tiled balconies overlooking floral gardens, palm and casarina trees located along "Millionaire's Mile" next to Bang Tao beach and Banyan Tree Resort
A 247 square metre condo villa, surrounded on three sides by terracotta tiled balconies overlooking floral gardens, palm and casarina trees. With teak wood floors, wood paneled interiors, ceiling fans (air conditioners as well should the air flow across all the sliding doors be insufficient), spacious living and dining rooms furnished in modern Thai style, you may never want to go outside. But that would be a shame as a 25 metre common pool with adjacent children's wading pool as well as sala with lounge chairs awaits. After your swim, make meal preparation a family event in the open plan kitchen afterwards taking in a DVD on the flat screen TV. ... We also have another two similar condo villas here some availability is good.
CBRE On-site Property Management Services will attend to your needs. Pool, beach, beach restaurants, nearby golf course all make it a relaxing vacation.
My wife and I are based in Hong Kong but the CBRE staff are very attentive to our guests.
As you are on a higher floor (3rd) there usually is a breeze from the ocean, thus, we usually leave the doors open and turn on the fans. Air Conditioners are available but we ask if you use them, that you close the doors and then turn them off every time you leave the condo. This is good for the environment and saves on electricity. The property manager has indicated, given the temperature differentials, that the lowest temperature the AC should be set at is 23 degrees. Thank you for your understanding. Gordon

Academics define me as a “Global Cosmopolitan”: one who develops diverse networks and multiple cultural mental constructs to adapt and perform across varying cultural environments.
A 30 yr career spanning ACCENTURE, DELOITTE, PWC and MANAGING ACROSS ASIA where I resided in 8 countries; delivered successful projects with 50+ cross-cultural multinational management teams; drew upon experiences from 140+ strategy/business transformation initiatives spanning global, regional, country, and field office levels; within 21 country-cultural contexts (half, throughout Asia); ... will have that effect.
At this stage of my career, I have a keen interest in how Western multinationals effectively govern their operations throughout Asia. To supplement my practical on-the-ground experiences, I commenced a PhD on a part-time basis through University of Sydney addressing "Western Multinational Governance for Asia" which entails qualitative research of board members and corporate executives of the world's largest financial institutions to draw out new insights and theories as to what are the successful governance practices across countries and cultures.
