This very comfortable brand new semi detached villa apartment is located on the edge of San Gwann next to St Julians. The area is residential surrounded by countryside, yet close to all amenities. Very well located to satisfy various guests' needs.


This unique very spacious apartment is fully furnished and equipped with Tv, washing machine, iron and iron board, fans,sheets, toilet paper, towels, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. Apartment also has free wifi internet.

Very ideal for big families and group of friends who are on a holiday to visit Malta. There is no lift and there is 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is located in the middle of the island, ideal as a starting point to go round the island both by bus or by car.

San Gwann is the neighbouring town to St Julians, a very important touristic zone in Malta. There is a very nice seafront promenade that streches from Gzira to St Julians, and this apartment is just a 15 min walk away!

This apartment is situated in a residential area (near a valley) away from the noisy touristic zones, but yet it is just around 1 km away from the heart of st julians and paceville.

A bus stop is just infront of the apartment. This bus takes you down to st julians and you can also go directly to the south of malta. Buses run frequently to all the tourist attractions in Malta. The bus stop is just few meters away from the apartment. Sandy beaches are just one bus away (10 to 20 minutes).

A bus can also take you to sliema ferries where many types of boats depart full of tourists for a 1 day cruise along the Maltese coast to discover secluded beaches, caves and the famous Blue lagoon.

A direct bus can also take you to Valletta, the capital city of Malta.
Main supermarkets such as LIDL is just 7 minutes on foot.

Please respect the neighbours by not making too much noise. Loud parties are strictly not allowed. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment.


We will meet you on your arrival and if you like we can give you tips of what and when to see, so you make the most out of your holiday.

We would also give you our contact numbers.

We provide airport transfers at Euro 20 (4pax) each way and the taxi driver will inform us prior your arrival so we can be there to greet you, so late night arrival is not a problem. For bigger groups price is given on request.


Water and Electricity consumption is not included in the price. This is payable according to consumption. On arrival we check the readings and then on departure we work out the difference according to the prices on the official bill calculator website.

The bill is usually about euro 2 per person per night.

On arrival we require a small deposit of €2 per person per night against the water and electricity bill. The rest is refunded before the guest leaves the apartment.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Linen is changed and property cleaned once every stay. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state. If not, there will be an extra cleaning charge. Extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Automatic washing machine is found on premises at no extra cost.

Wifi , cable tv and gas for stove is included in the price. Water and electricity is not included in the price. Guests are expected to pay €2 per person per night as a cash deposit on arrival. The readings are taken on arrival and on departure and consumption is calculated through the official government website. Extra money paid will be given back to the guests on departure.

My and my friends stayed for one week at this airbnb. We had a really warm welcome. Mary gave us a lot of advice about travelling in Malta. We really enjoyed the big space and the rooms (It's all very clean). We had enough space to eat every morning with 7 girls at the breakfast table (very cosy) When we arrived the dishwasher was broken. When we asked for an explanation the mechanic was already there in 2 days. I recommended this place to family's and group of friends!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 persone in questo appartamento piuttosto comodamente. Si trova a San Gwynn, che è leggermente distante da Paceville nella quale si trovano i locali e i divertimenti più conosciuti dell'isola. Per arrivarci ci metterete circa 20 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è pulito, i servizi come la doccia e i bagni funzionano bene e non dovreste avere problemi anche per quanto riguarda la cucina. Marygrace fornisce 3 ventilatori (uno per ogni stanza) che aiutano in parte a sopportare il caldo delle giornate. Per organizzarvi e andare nelle spiaggia più belle dovrete spostarvi utilizzando mezzi pubblici o dei pulmini privati. Consiglio l'appartamento.

It was a nice place to stay in, it had al the basic things you need. Public transport was close by. The city was walkable but it wasn't close. Overal we enjoyed the hospitality and we would recommend this place.

We stayed at San Gwann for 7 nights and we can say that it was a very nice place with a landlord Mary Grace who Was very nice and always ready to give us advice when we needed in a very short time. She even gave us various recommendations if we needed while staying at Malta and ordered a taxi for us when coming back at the aport at 5:00 am. We would like to thank her for a very nice stay and we would like to recommend this place for all people who would like to have a peaceful holiday

Appartamento molto ben tenuto e situato leggermente lontano Paceville, circa 15 minuti a piedi all'andata, 25 al ritorno (in salita). Forse più adatto per 8-10 persone che per 13, ma se sapete adattarvi non ci sono problemi e si può stare tranquillamente. La signora Mary Grace è molto gentile e disponibile. Un unico appunto: far venire le donne per pulire alle 8.30-9 quando il check-out è alle 10 non è stato il massimo, più che altro perché stavamo ancor al dormendo e sentire le urla non è stato il massimo.

Grazie per i vostri commenti. Infatti, sul website io descrivo esattamente come sono i posti letti e le camere da letto. Quando ci sono piu di 10 persone , si sa che si deve dormire nel soggiorno. L'appartamento e spazioso e la cucina e abbastanza grande per 13 persone. Le donne delle pulizie sono entrati nell'appartamento alle 930 - con il vostro permesso; il giorno prima, vi avevo chiesto permesso di comminciare a pulire un po prima e voi avete accettato. Ho apprezzato tanto la vostra disponibilita e non credevo che dopo avere accettato, si puo fare un commento cosi. Inoltre , anche se il check out era alle 10, ho tenuto le vostre valigie fino sera prima del vostro transfer all aeroporto. Grazie. Saluti

I highly recommend this apartment! It has very good location, near to St Julians (5min by bus, 15min walk). It's near to many shops, restaurants and to the beach in St Julians. Bus stop is very close to the apartment. Conditions are fantastic, it's spacious and clean. Mary Grace is a great host. She is very helpful, nice and gives you a lot of privacy. If you are planning a trip to Malta a great place for you :)
