Aultbea is a very secluded croft set in its own grounds. Only 1hr+ from skiing at Glencoe/Nevis Range.
Far reaching views out towards the Isles of Rum and Eigg and surrounding hills.
It has an abundance of wildlife, and breathtaking sunsets.
Aultbea is an extremely peaceful location and is a wonderful haven for wildlife. There is an abundant number of birds that visit the bird tables as well as a very regular pine marten. Other visitors include : otters, red deer, fox, voles, and white tailed eagles have also been seen locally.
There are many breath taking beaches nearby and the Isles of Mull, Rum, Eigg and Skye are all within reach for day visits as are the Ardnamurchan and Knoydart Penninsulas.
There is a village shop and pubs in Acharacle (2 miles away) .
Skiing can be accessed at either Glencoe or Nevis Range, FortWilliam, both of which are just over an hours drive away. Ben Nevis, Glencoe and surrounding hills are also accessible.
Aultbea is situated approximately 40 miles west of FortWilliam.
There is one bedroom with kingsize bed and another with two single beds.
Linen will be provided, but beds will need to be made upon arrival.
Please note you will need to bring your own towels.
