This top ( fourth floor ) 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the attractive landscaped Etara2 complex and has two balconies. One balcony faces the hills of St Vlas, the other has a sea view. Close walking distance to the St Vlas Marina.


This top ( fourth floor ) 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the attractive landscaped Etara2 complex, in St Vlas and has two balconies. It measures a total area of 65m2. One balcony faces backwards towards the Stara Planina hills, the other balcony faces the front and has a sea view over the roof top of the building in front and side views.
It's within close walking distance of St Vlas Marina.

The apartment is situated within House 2, approximately halfway down the Etara complex.

Access to the apartment is by stairs, there is not a lift.

The bathroom is a shower room, also with the standard wash basin, and toilet.

The living room and bedroom have many windows that give the apartment a lot of light.

In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed as I purchased a thin mattress to provide extra cushioning, and sleeps typically 1 adult or 2 children. The apartment therefore sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

The apartment has a large air-conditioner in the living room area, an a slightly smaller one in the bedroom.

There is a washing machine in the apartment.

There is a microwave is with a grill facility.

Apartment is supplied with pots and frying pan and equipment for self catering.

Although currently there is no freezer, there are two fridges as can be seen on the photos. One is placed on top of the other. Each has there own ice box area.
