In regards to the luggage store, there is one 2 minutes away from the apartment, at Cable Car station which is convenient for all of my guests. In case we have new arrival on the day of your departure, due to operational reasons, I am not able to confirm late check out which is always subject to availability and we give our best to fulfil it whenever possible. Listed check out time is 10 o’clock which is visible before booking the apartment.
Also, please note I live 20 minutes away by car, not underneath the apartment like you stated.
Last by not least, I was very disappointed and stressed reading your comments about my behaviour especially as you very kind and pleasant during your stay, and I have never experience this kind of comment in more than 4 years of hosting guests from all over the world, and I must say I was in shock while reading it.
